This Star Tribune article describes the story of a woman in Wisconsin who was arrested after chanting around a camp fire in her background.  She claims it was part of a Wiccan religious ritual.  If there is any evidence to support that claim, she ought to have a pretty decent free exercise clause case.  There's nothing funny about that, and she ( Read more... )
